Located in Berlin-Mitte, this former printing factory was transformed into a multi-level loft. The design preserves the industrial grit of the original structure—exposed brickwork and steel trusses—while introducing warm, organic elements like oversized wool rugs and custom-crafted walnut cabinetry to create a home that is both brutalist and inviting.
