The Obsidian Penthouse redefines urban living through a strictly monochromatic lens. Located in the heart of Tribeca, this space challenges the traditional notion of “darkness” by using a rich palette of blacks—from matte carbon and polished obsidian to deep charcoal velvet. Every surface was chosen for its tactile response to the changing light filtering through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Perched on a cliffside in Malibu, the Coastal Minimalist project is an exercise in restraint. The design objective was to create a seamless transition between the rugged coastline and the interior living spaces. We utilized bleached oak, limestone floors, and raw linen to echo the textures of the beach, allowing the architecture to act as a frame for the ever-changing Pacific horizon.

The Zen Sanctuary is a modern interpretation of Machiya living. By blending traditional Shoji screens with contemporary concrete interventions, we created a home that feels both ancient and futuristic. The focus is on the “Ma”—the space between—allowing residents to find stillness in an increasingly chaotic world.
